Planning Board approves Kensington Sector Plan

On October 1st, the Montgomery County Planning Board (www.montgomeryplanningboard.org) voted approval of the Kensington Sector Plan and sent it to the County Council.  The County Executive will be commenting on it in a feasibility study.  The County Council will hold a hearing for public comment which is expected to be in January.

Planning Board Approves Draft Plans for Warner Manor

The Planning Board has approved the draft plans for proposed removal of non-historic parts of Warner Manor and two additions.  These will include more office space for their staff, an elevator and a separate conference room available for public use.  See: www.montgomeryplanningboard.org and the September 24th agenda for the plan.
