10312 Armory Avenue

Originally, 10312 Armory Avenue was nearly identical to its neighbors at 10314 and 10316 Armory Avenue. The house is clad with German wood siding. The street-facing gable is shingled with a diamond pattern inset. The 1990 addition on the north side won a Montgomery County Historic Preservation Award for its successful integration with the original cottage built around 1900.
