3806 Baltimore Street

3806 Baltimore Street was built from a Sears & Roebuck kit known as “The Hamilton.” Each element of the house came precut and numbered for ease of assembly. Erected about 1908, it has been carefully maintained ever since. The house is square in plan and elevation, and its openings are symmetrically placed, typical of the American Foursquare or Prairie Box style found throughout the country in the early 1900s.
