10216 Kensington Parkway
10216 Kensington Parkway was built in 1892 and bought by Cornelius Clum in 1896. This two-story Queen Anne house is graced to the east by a three-story tower. The roof of the main section is hipped on the left side and simply gabled on the right. Its ample wrap-around porch has turned posts and a cutout frieze reminiscent of the carved, decorative style called Eastlake.
