10302 Fawcett Street
A.C. Warthen, an active area builder at the turn of the 20th century, built 10302 Fawcett Street in 1905. Its façade presents a straightforward square frame structure with a hipped roof and dormers. However, when viewed from the side we find an intersecting gambrel roof over the rear portion of the house. Glazing types vary as well. We find small diamond panes in the attic, six-over-two lights on the second floor and simple one-over-one double hung windows on the first, thereby enriching the façade.
