10312 Armory Avenue

Originally, 10312 Armory Avenue was nearly identical to its neighbors at 10314 and 10316 Armory Avenue. Modest in scale and detail, the house is clad with German wood siding. The street-facing gable, however, is shingled with a diamond pattern inset. The 1990 addition on the north side won a Montgomery County Historic Preservation Award for its successful integration with the original cottage built around 1900.
