10314 Fawcett Street

The gambrel roof of 10314 Fawcett Street was typical of early American Dutch houses. But here we see a more complex version with two gambrel roofs intersecting, thereby providing more varied views and natural exposures. Wood siding on the first floor and wood shingles on the second floor provide textural interest. A large addition was added to the left rear.
