10320 Fawcett Street

10320 Fawcett Street was constructed in the 1880s by Emory Baxter. A two-story rear addition was completed in the 1980s. The house is a 2 ½ story frame structure, with 3-inch clapboard siding and fish-scale shingles in the gable. The wrap-around porch roof is supported by slender columns with scroll-like brackets.
