The bungalow at 3926 Prospect Street, built around 1927, exhibits several features typical of the Craftsman style. Elements of this style displayed here are the broad sloped gable, deep overhanging roof, simple square porch columns, naturalistic colors, and six-over-one windows. The Craftsman style, popular from about 1900 to 1930, suggested a less formal lifestyle than that of the Victorian era.
